Renew & Revitalize Task Force UpdateJoin us THIS SUNDAY after the 10:30 am Service Many you recall when Sam Geer, the landscape architect from Urban Ecosystems, first came to St. James in 2021 to present the Master Plan for our campus. That plan was commissioned by a neighbor, and these several years later, we're ready to carry out a portion of it! This Sunday, Sam will be visiting from Minnesota to present his more granularly-rendered version of our arrival court, parking lot, and lych gate. Importantly, he'll also be here to gather feedback, hear ideas and impressions, as he continues to prepare the plan for presentation to the town and implementation in the spring. Please stick around and join us! The conversation will be recorded but not live-streamed, so try to be there in person where you can engage with Sam and other parishioners. And if you weren't a member of St. James when Sam presented in 2021, please be there! We'd love to catch you up on the exciting work ahead. Lastly, a reminder from the last two weeks' emails: We're going to start reaching out soon to contractors, and would like to solicit names from all of you. Is there anyone you've worked with and would recommend? If so, please let us know by responding directly to this email. Every suggestion we receive will be passed along to the R&R Task Force.
